This true blue Christmas character is a Xmas Present, her costume is a dress with stole, a hat and a pair of striped stockings. All fabrics listed as 100% polyester, exclusive of trim. the dress appears to be strapless but it is fitted with clear (adjustable). Here is an interesting fact, Edward Heath, leader of the Conservative party (and incidentally Prime Minister at the time) refused to wear a red Santa costume.
