Pirates really are the costume of choice at the moment; and this great looking costume is yet more choice. Attractive green and black devoree velvet has been used to make this dress. Attached is a short black underskirt and the overskirt (in green) can be ruched at either side to give the effect show here or left long. The dress has transparent black sleeves. Includes dagger. Fabric listed as 100% nylon. Our model is wearing a petticoat (not included) under the skirt to give it additional volume, worn showing below the hemline it offers a little more cover.
