This set of boppers is fitted to a silver alice band, the alice band is decorated with fluffy white marabou feather, the snowflakes are mounted onto springs so they wobble; as is expected with boppers! the snowflakes are made of white plastic and are ornately moulded, they are encrusted in white pearlised glitter.
