This red flapper dress is made of a variety of red fabrics, all with different textures and finishes. The main body of the dress is red sequined material with a panel of plain red fabric in the centre, this is overlaid with black lace and the skirt is constructed in the same way. The red fringing is attached below the waist to enhance the movement of the dress (and it does). Also included in the pack are a pair of red sleevelets and an elasticated headband with a feather that you can attach. All fabrics are listed as 100% polyester.
