This black and white costume is for a prison dog, how bad has he been? The dogs legs go through the sleeves (these are cut open and held closed with a full length strip of velcro). The costume ties on around the collar and to stop the costume slipping off the back of the dog there is an adjustable strap around the stomach. The hat sits in place under the dogs chin.
