Parrot fancy dress is definitely not dead. This parrot is made of a variety of poly-foam fabrics sewn together in sections, the body of this costume forms the torso of the bird, the tail and the wings (your arms go inside the wings so you can flap all you like). The head has a piece of fabric around the collar that hides the join to the body, also attached is a glossy black beak. The shoe covers are also made of a glossy black fabric.
