The Neptune costume includes a long brown robe with a netted mesh overlay. A brown and blue sash layers over the top of the robe and accents the collar with a unique ?Ç£wave?Ç¥ patterned design. The sash has a gold mesh netting overlay which enhances the costume with a regal shimmer.
