This delicate Venetian mask is covered in creamy paper printed with musical score and painted in golden paint. The edges of the mask are trimmed in old gold braid, very fine braid is used around the eye sockets. Mask ties in place with ribbon. Each mask in our Venetian Collection is unique; handcrafted by Venetian artisans using techniques that have remained largely unchanged for hundreds of years. It is likely that variations may occur and we will contact you if there are major differences from the mask shown. Please note our mask photos are not to scale - to give you some idea of size the mask measures aprox 10cm from the metal decoration at the top of the mask to the base of the nose.
