This is a wicked costume in so many ways! A polyester velvet dress with black cord detail (this may not show in the photo, but it runs under the bust line and ties at the back to give a great fit). In the pack there are a pair of sleeve caps attached by Velcro to the shoulder straps and a glittery waist tie with strips of net cut into sections giving a really delicate effect, there is also a wicked wand trimmed with the same net. The real winner of this costume are the wings, made form sheer net, they attach with elastic straps and simply stunning! FLIRT ALERT this is a revealing garment, for a little more cover add a pair of our tanga shorts or even a petticoat worn below the hem of the dress.
