Penguin costumes have been asked for a lot recently, perhaps it is because of Pingu and Happy Feet, either way it is still a lovely costume. Made of poly foam material the body has an attached headpiece with a yellow beak, at the neck is a red bow tie. The wings have slits, through which you can stick your hands or leave them hidden away. Yellow feet sections are separate (and included in the pack), they are held in place with elastic and velcro strips and are worn over your own shoes.
