This Venetian mask takes one of our most popular Venetian styles (the Farfallina) with an added exotic flourish of feathers. A matt black background is over-painted with filigrees of gloss paints and black glitter. Regrettably the real interest does not come over in photos on a web site this does deserve to be seen in the flesh! Each mask in our Venetian Collection is unique; handcrafted by Venetian artisans using techniques that have remained largely unchanged for hundreds of years. It is likely that variations may occur and we will contact you if there are major differences from the mask shown. Please note our mask photos are not to scale - to give you some idea of size the mask measures almost 50cm from the top of the curl in the feather to the base of the nose.
