This mini dress is made of a luscious wine red velvet fabric (please note that the photographic process had rendered this as a scarlet - when it is burgundy red). the collar is lined with foam so that it stands proud of the dress. Side sections lace up so the dress is adjustable. The sleeves are open and they tie in place with black ribbons. Fabrics are 100% polyester, exclusive of trim.
