Our pointed clown hat is made of spotty fabric and has a bushy red wig attached. Inside the hat there is a special lining to give the hat body and make it stand up, the really clever bit is that the wig does not cover the head, the hat has a net section on the crown of the head so you will not get a hot as if you had a full wig and hat.
