Take yourself back to the decadent days of the Moulin Rouge... a showgirl costume with classic style. The costume is a strapless mini dress, hot pants, mini hat, choker and garter. The main body of the top is black and white stripes (this is used in the hot pants) and the bust is backed with foam to give it some more body. At the waist there are long red ties, they tie at the back. Pull the top in to fit and then hang down as a tail. Fabrics are listed as 100% polyester, exclusive of trim.
