This Batman costume is in four parts, a cape, a chest-piece and a belt and headpiece. The chest-piece has the Batman logo emblazoned on the front and ties in place with 2 pairs of soft fabric ties, one pair around the neck and the other pair around the shoulders, this piece has a foam backing to give it some rigidity. The cape also has a tie for the neck, to ensure the cape does not slip off there is a tie around the dogs middle. The headpiece ties under the chin and there are slits for the ears. Finally the printed vinyl belt is attached with soft fabric ties. All fabrics listed as 100% polyester, exclusive of trim. This is an officially licensed product.
