Dorothy form the Wizard of Oz is always a cute character, but this costume caught our eye because of the delightful characters on the skirt. The costume is a peasant top dress with 3 character appliques, the pack also includes the lace ruffled headpiece. The characters on the skirt are the lion, tim man and scarecrow; these are made of an assortment of fabrics and they add real charm to the garment. We have added a bright petticoat to the costume (available separately) to give the skirt great movement and volume. FLIRT ALERT this is a revealing garment.
